Pork Ribsbelyuen

Serves Eight (8)

 

Ingredients

2 kg pork spare ribs (belly)
3 carrots cut into sticks
2 red capsicums cut into strips
2 green capsicums cut into strips
8 spring onions
½ bunch celery cut into sticks
½ cup canola or olive oil
1 cup sweet chilli sauce
½ cup salt reduced soy sauce
salt and pepper

 

Method

Place oil in electric frypan and bring to heat, cook off spare ribs and set aside in a bowl.
In the same pan add the vegetable sticks and cook, tossing and turning them.
Keep vegetables slightly crispy.
Add the soy sauce and chilli sauce, place the ribs back in pan and stir through while bringing back to heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with rice or noodles.
