Ingredients1 kilo beef mince MethodIn electric frypan heat oil and cook onions and garlic on medium heat until clear. Add meat and cook until brown. Add paprika powder, cumin powder, chilli and tomato paste and stir through. Next add capsicum pieces, canned tomatoes and juice, crush beef stock cube and add to frypan with water and stir through - simmer for approx 25 minutes. To finish add drained kidney beans and chic peas, season with salt and pepper to taste, cook for further three minutes and serve with rice or corn chips Walkabout Chef - Cook for the Family © Steve Sunk |
