Curry Beef

Serves six



1 ½ kilo diced beef, wallaby or kangaroo
2 large onions medium chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 kilo pack mixed frozen vegetables
2 tablespoons canola or olive oil
4 tabespoons Nestle Rogan Josh curry paste
salt and pepper



In electric frypan heat oil, add onion and garlic, brown lightly. Add the meat and brown. Stir in curry paste or powder.

Add enough water to cover the meat and simmer until cooked, adding more water as it reduces.

When meat is tender add frozen vegetables, salt and pepper, and heat through for a further 5 minutes.

Serve with rice.
